Come taste “Strait” from the tap.
Have you ever been walking down the street, and suddenly heard a voice that made you walk into a venue to see whose it was? That is Jimbo Scott’s voice - a bell, magnetic and the definition of a powerhouse. Jimbo Scott was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Oakland, California. Steeped in traditions of folk, roots, country, bluegrass and rock, Jimbo songs are honest, soulful dedications to the world he sees and the world he wants to live in. In his songs “The Parklands” and “Good and Kind”, Jimbo focuses on sharing his perspectives on relationships with nature and community. His keen sense of introspection makes his songs both revealing and relatable. When he is not playing under his own name, Jimbo plays as the newest member of the famous northern California band, Poor Man’s Whiskey. In 2019, Jimbo will be releasing a new full length album, recorded to tape at San Francisco’s famed Tiny Telephone Studios, release date TBA.

Matt Jaffe is a singer/songwriter from San Francisco. Cutting his teeth on countless open mics around the Bay Area, Matt started pursuing music more seriously when Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads offered to produce his first record.
Since then, Matt has churned out more songs than he can remember the words to, oversaturated the market with gigs (opening for folks like Mavis Staples and Wilco), and co-written with the likes of Chuck Prophet and Tom Higgenson of the Plain White T's.
With his band, Matt has played stages across the country, including The Fillmore, The Troubadour, and Irving Plaza and has just released his third album of original material, “The Spirit Catches You”, another installment in his campaign to bring the Guitar Gospel back to the masses.
Nate Nathan is an artist who lives and creates music in the small town of Murphys CA. He grew up in a musical family where gospel and jazz were the driving forces. His original music explores rich vocal melodies and catchy hooks while being submerged in heavy experimental textures. His love for heavy grooves and pop styled choruses is apparent. The voice is the epicenter of the compositions. The exploration of dark and light can be heard through the waves of his music as well as the lyrical content. Synth and folklore find a happy medium in these creations.
