International Nurses Day is observed every May 6 — the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth icn — and Nurses Week is the full week of celebration leading up to it. This year, the International Council of Nurses (ICN) has centered its global theme on Our Nurses. Our Future. Empowered Nurses Save Lives, highlighting the structural changes needed to harness the full power of the nursing workforce. At Mare Island Brewing Co., we're proud to honor that mission right here in Vallejo.

From May 6–12, 2026, we're offering 15% off all food and beverage purchases (dine-in only) to every verified nursing professional.

Who qualifies?

‍Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), Nurse Practitioners, and all licensed nursing professionals.

How to redeem:

‍Show a current nursing badge/ID, nursing license card, or state-issued nursing license printout. No code needed.

Come solo, bring your crew, or make it a full unit celebration. You're welcome in scrubs, in civvies, or however the shift left you.
