Yardbird Spring Pick-Up Party:

The Pirate Edition

‍All hands on deck. Your spring release awaits, if you dare.

📍 Coal Shed & Garden + Whaleboat Room, MIBC

🎟️ Free for YB+1 · $10 per extra crew member (max 2)

🍺 Your spring haul is ready to be claimed.

Spring release day is officially a pirate party. Pick up Bunya, Horse and Cow, Angles, and Shop 06 then stay for the celebration.

‍

🦞 Eat, drink, and plunder.

Dig into Caribbean and seafood fare — shrimp cocktail, fish tacos, jerk chicken or tofu, corn fritters, and pulled pork. Wash it down with a specialty navy grog, mai tai, or your spring release poured fresh.

🎶 Live music all afternoon.

Sea shanties and reggae from 3:30 to 5:30pm. Two sets. Full pirate energy.

‍

⚓ Games on deck.

Race your boat down the Gutters & Boats course on the community table. Attempt the Walk the Plank beer challenge while holding your drink steady or walk. Last signup at 3:30pm.

‍

🏴‍☠️ Dress the part.

Costumes are strongly encouraged. Staff will be fully decked out. Best costume wins. Everyone gets a free eyepatch at the door.

Members only event. Not open to the public.
